 Responsible for Services of Voice & Video Conferencing, AVSI solutions.
 Sales of AMC & Services for the products in the portfolio.
 Responsible for service delivery to the customers under AMC & Break-Fix contracts.
 Understanding client requirements and positioning the appropriate solution.
